1. Who can post

You must be 18 or older, and old enough to enter a binding agreement where you live, to post. Use one account per person and keep your sign-in details private. You're responsible for everything posted from your account.

2. What you may post

Post only lawful offers of goods, services, housing, community events and similar local classifieds that you are entitled to offer. Listings must be accurate, in the right city, and describe something real and currently available.

3. What you may not post

• Sexual services, escort ads, or anything that sexualizes a person. Any content involving minors is reported to authorities.
• Anything connected to human trafficking, coercion or exploitation.
• Weapons, ammunition, illegal or prescription drugs, alcohol or tobacco sales, counterfeit or stolen goods, recalled products, or live animals for sale where prohibited.
• Housing or job posts that discriminate on a basis protected by law.
• Other people's personal information, photos of people who haven't agreed to appear, or content you don't have the rights to.
• Scams, pyramid schemes, requests for upfront payment by wire, gift card or crypto, spam, or duplicate posts.

4. Photos

Upload only photos you took or have permission to use. Anyone recognizable in a photo must have agreed to be shown. Location data and other metadata are removed from uploaded photos.

5. Review and removal

Every listing and every edit is reviewed before it goes live. We may decline, edit the category of, or remove any listing, and may suspend accounts that break this agreement. Moderation decisions are logged. Listings expire after 30 days.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. You give the operator of this site permission to host, display, resize and distribute your listing on this site and its search and sharing previews for as long as it is published, and to keep moderation records after it is removed.

7. Reports and the law

Anyone can report a listing. We act on reports, keep records of decisions, and cooperate with valid requests from law enforcement. Content suggesting a child is at risk is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children.

8. Safety and responsibility

We don't verify listings, users or transactions. Meet in public, inspect before paying, and never send money in advance. You're responsible for complying with the laws that apply to what you post and to any deal you make.

9. Changes

If this agreement changes in a meaningful way, you'll be asked to read and accept the new version before you post again.

10. Contact and governing law
