Privacy policy

This is a template privacy notice. Replace it with a counsel-reviewed policy before launch.

The directory collects only what it needs to run listings, reports and accounts: your email address and a one-way password hash, the listings you post, and reports. Moderation decisions are logged. A session cookie (JSESSIONID) is set only when you sign in or open a form, to keep you signed in and to protect forms from cross-site submission. Your IP address is held briefly in memory for rate limiting; it appears in server logs only when a rate limit is hit. There are no third-party analytics or advertising scripts.
